I had been dealing with lower back pain for more than two years from a fall. I was diagnosed with ‘sciatica’ and tried physical therapy at a few different PT clinics. I was given pain pills and shots for pain management and that didn’t help much either. Hearing my husband’s positive experience at Victor Physical Therapy, I decided to give it a try. Victor, my physical therapist, provided me tips to improve my posture and walking. He gave me home exercises that proved very effective, and his manual therapy helped relieve much of my pain. I am now able to sit and walk for longer periods of time. I must say that it was worth the drive from Decatur township to his clinic on the south side of Indianapolis. I would highly recommend Victor Physical Therapy to anyone who needs physical therapy. ~ terry w

I bent down to pick a small piece of 12" x 12" tile from the floor, all of sudden I felt severe pain in my back. I wasn't able to move due to the pain in my back. I took pian medicine, it didn't help. My doctor prescribe muscles relaxant that didn't help. I was so miserable with my back pain. One of my friend suggested that i should go to see Mr. Victor at Victor Physical therapy clinic. I was very reluctant, but I forced myself and decided to give a shot. I'm so glad I did, This guy has a magic fingers. He's genius, very soft spoken and polite sometimes hard to understand him, but he is the best physical therapist I have come across. He cured me. I went originally to Victor Physical Therapy complaining of lower back pain. Through a series of exercises, I have greatly improved my posture. My improved posture has lead to a considerable decrease in pain in my back. I have significant fall issues as well. Victor has worked with me and has improved my overall body strength considerably. Victor has visited my home and provided me with in- home treatment when I was unable to go to his clinic. He is also open on weekends and will work with you on coming up with an acceptable time and place to meet Victor. Victor is very good at explaining how to do an exercise and why the exercise is helping. Victor gives a ton of positive reinforcement and is the best physical therapist/"cheerleader" you could ever want. ~ Glenn W

My grandma fell few months ago. MRI showed tear in her rotator cuff. Her doctor wanted her to do physical therapy prior to surgery. She went to Victor Physical Therapy in Indianapolis and experienced good results with reduced pain and significant increase in range of motion. Hopefully we can skip surgery. She was also experiencing a lot of dizziness after her cataract surgery. Her physical therapist provided her with vestibular therapy and got rid of the vertigo. We are very pleased with the 1:1 physical therapy treatment. My grandma tells me that she got the best physical therapy in Indianapolis of all the other physical therapy clinics she has been too. ~ Ruby C

I was needing a Physical Therapist. So I googled who was the best in the Indianapolis area (or Beech Grove area) & Victor popped up as the very first one with the best reviews & stars. I read all the reviews & decided I’m going with this Physical Therapist. I was needing help with my balance & strength & posture. As I begin Physical Therapy with Victor it was fantastic! All the techniques he taught me helped tremendously & I put them into use at home & anywhere I went. By the end of my 8 weeks I was much stronger, had better balance & much better posture than before. If you’re looking for a Physical Therapist Victor is the best to choose; a very nice guy & very knowledgeable in his field!! ~ Sarah G

I had a reverse shoulder replacement in August, and I didn't learn until after the surgery that this type of replacement would not physically allow me to place my hand behind my back again. Simple things like pulling up my own pants, or putting on a belt were physically impossible for me. I went to Victor Physical Therapy because I had seen him work miracles for others at our Church, and so I trusted him to do the same for me. After my very first session, which did involve finding and exceeding some limits to my pain thresholds, I was able to do things I was told I would never do again. I was also told that I would never be able to raise my arm above 90 degrees from my side. Within weeks I was able to raise both my arms to the sky again and I praise God for placing a man like Victor in my path. This would be my first review ever I posted because I thought this might help other people too. I was in a car accident in December of 2021 right before Christmas, and after that I had lower back pain and shoulder pain. My doctor ordered me Physical therapy. I found Victor Physical Therapy on google and I called him .He was very nice and he made my appointment for the very next day. In two visits I started feeling a lot better. They provide very professional and friendly service. I would have given more stars if there was any option on the screen. I would definitely recommend this place to those who are looking. ~ Lee K

Had a full knee replacement. Previous to my knee replacement I had visited large corporate physical therapy center. I did not enjoy the experience and did not feel that they had done me much good. After my full replacement knee surgery I decided I wanted to find a therapist that was not large corporate. I was able to find Victor Physical Therapy. They made the first visit to my house, then after that I went to the clinic. Victor Physical Therapy was very Hands-On and a strong focus on scar tissue. Dr Victor is conveniently located just minutes away from my Greenwood office and was able to assess my knee pain and alignment in a matter of moments. He listened intently to what my instability was and he focused on the targeted area of relief. Within a matter of moments through one or two pressure point manipulations, Dr Victor helped me to regain flexibility and strength to regain 99% total mobility and 100% reduction in pain. I had hand surgery in September 2025. I seen a therapist in Greenwood and felt I was not improving. I had lots of pain and severe weakness in my hand. I decided then to switch to my husband’s therapist. He had shoulder surgery back in August and was seeing Victor and got amazing results. I seen victor and within 3 visits I seen a major changes. He listens to you and it was amazing just how he helped me in such a short time. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I've been dealing with chronic low back pain and leg pain not being able to stand still in one place for even a couple minutes. I had previous physical therapy, tried pain management and other rehab therapy as well, that didn't ease my pain. I went to Victor Physical Therapy for about two months and i can now stand for unlimited time . I am able to coach my grandson's baseball game on the field without any issues. Victor Physical Therapy has been a big help to me. As a nurse practitioner who has been to physical therapy before, I can say he is excellent. He helped me with more than just my knee problem. Victor is a very knowledgeable and skilled physical therapist. He thinks out of the box when treating his patients and is quick to change course if needed. I went to Victor for therapy for my "frozen" shoulder after not getting the results I wanted from a previous therapist. My orthopedist and the therapist had recommended that I get my shoulder manipulated under general anesthesia. After hearing what Victor was able to do with other patients, I wanted to see if he was the real deal. He initially performed a certain therapy, but when he saw that did not help, he immediately switched tactics. I was able to get increased range of motion in 1 day (that I was not able to get for 3 months). He provided therapy that was individually personalized to help my problem. He also recommended an exercise program that was feasible, simple, and effective. Now I do not need to go through the risks of general anesthesia to regain function of my shoulder. Thanks to Victor for diagnosing my problem and helping me to get better. I needed a physical therapist who knew what he was doing and could both diagnose my problem and treat me. A clinic had looked at my knees. I did not think my knees were my problem. Victor watched me walk and other movements to diagnose my problems as hamstring and IT band. I had taken my mom to see Victor for a couple of weeks for her back pain. Victor had helped her with her back pain and knee pain. He is very knowledgeable on what he is doing and explains what the issue is really well. After my hip replacement surgery and rehab after surgery, I needed additional physical therapy to increase my limited mobility. Victor Physical Therapy has worked really well for me. I was sent to Victor Physical Therapy for a work injury. The physical therapy sessions were really helpful on my left arm. Victor always pays detailed attention to the injury and focuses on recovery and improvement. Very peaceful and quite with one on one sessions. I was referred to physical therapy by my doctor for my back pain. I found Victor Physical therapy online and decided to seek their help. I was not able to sleep in my bed for over a year and had to use my recliner! I feel truly blessed because after 3 visits, I am now able to sleep in my bed again. I have been to many physical therapy places in Indianapolis and elsewhere in the past. I have had the director of the mayo clinic come to Baptist hospital at Wake Forest Neurological Center to run tests on me...They told me I no longer had muscle memory in my left leg and 25% in my right.Through Victor Physical Therapy, I not only found out I do have muscle memory, but I am now learning to do what I need,to completely recover. My mom had to get physical therapy for her balance, coordination and mobility due to Parkinson's disease. Her PT, Victor provided physical therapy services that helped her get strong, improved her balance, walking as well as pain in her legs. My doctor referred me to physical therapy for my lower back pain and general mobility issues. Victor did a good job. He is easy to get along with he offered both at home physical therapy as well as in his PT clinic that is conveniently located in South Indianapolis it was fairly easy drive from Irvington and I enjoyed the therapy sessions I would recommend Victor's physical therapy to anyone looking for PT services ~ Debbie B
